Hand-carved 17-ft cottonwood DUGOUT CANOE by Churchill Clark.
Very rare.
The legendary flagship of Dugout Canoe Love! Knotty The Dugout Canoe has been on the Platte River, across Nebraska, and has done the entire Missouri River (Twin Bridges to St. Louis)!!!
Sorry, but due to the bond I have with Knotty, I will never offer her at a discount.
She is worthy.
The world knows.
Canoe! Canoe!
Knotty The Dugout Canoe is already LEGENDARY! She is my first creation, as "Head Carver." Born on the banks of the Platte River, in Littleton, CO, she has already crossed Nebraska, on the big, flat, Platte! After I paddle her the length of the Missouri River, in 2014, she will be offered FOR SALE!
Due to lack of any cohesive "funding operation," I'm unable, at this time, to offer a better "payment system" on this page. I will upgrade this platform, as soon as I can. If you're interested in Knotty, please contact me, and we'll work it out.
Again, I must take her down the Mighty Mo, and then she will be available. I should arrive in St. Louis sometime in July or August.
IMPORTANT UPDATE! Knotty and I will not complete our journey until next year! I have taken too long, on this paddle, and have obligations in Washington and Colorado... several trees to finish! I'm preparing for Barter Faire (Okanogan Family Gathering), first weekend in October, in Tonasket, Washington.
Keep track of our journey on Facebook, at...

See you on the river... CANOE! CANOE!
We have paddled from Twin Bridges, Montana, to St. Louis, Missouri! YES!!!
She is, likely, the first DUGOUT CANOE solo-paddled down the Missouri, since the dams have been put in!
